DAC Office will be released late 4th quarter

CDR introduces DAC Office which utilizes data from DAC to fill an assortment of templates creating easy-to-read charts, graphs and reports. DAC Office puts valuable data to work enabling distributors to monitor company performance and improve business decision-making.

Version 3.0 of DAC Connect Released

CDR has released the much awaited Version 3.0 of DAC Connect. This field automation technology provides real-time mobile access to DAC information through a mobile device with a browser such as a smart phone or laptop. Salespeople can query pricing, check accounts receivable status and inventory, place orders and view order history. Version 3.0 enhancements include suggested orders, a hot list of items for salespeople to promote, and PDF velocity reports.

Returns Management

Get product returns under control with CDR’s new Returns Management module, and increase efficiency and profitability! With an integrated mobile scanning device and “return authorization logic”, Returns Management provides distributors with the tools to effectively manage product returns.

Returns are scanned and a “pickup authorization document” is produced for use at your next scheduled delivery. Products returned to the warehouse are scanned again, and only items purchased from you are accepted for credit. A “put-away document” is generated for products which are saleable, and inventory is adjusted automatically. Non-saleable products are moved to “return locations” for valuation and disposal, or for vendor pickup. Returns Management automatically generates a “credit memo” in the amount based on the last price paid for the returned items.

CDR Introduces DAC Connect

CDR introduces DAC Connect, which provides real-time, mobile access to information for the distributor’s sales staff. Utilizing a standard Palm Treo 650 (available through most cellular providers), sales personnel can check pricing, accounts receivable status, and inventory status. The unit also supports mobile ordering and order history review. An optional barcode scanner adds extra efficiency.
