Registered users of DAC can access our DAC Customer Support Site through this portal page to get assistance with most issues.
Login here to request support, ask your support team questions, view the staus of requests, make product suggestions, or view the DAC User Guide and DAC Survey. CDR's support staff can work directly with you, and has the ability to remotely access your software to expedite problem resolution.
DAC users can register to use the DAC Support Site, or can receive support by telephone, by calling us at 985.626.8408 and asking for DAC Support.
